Safety and Infectious Control
At Seuss Orthodontics patient health and safety are our top priorities. We understand that people are currently worried about the spread of viruses. We have always followed the strictest sterilization and sanitation protocol procedures recommended by several federal agencies: the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), to prevent the spread of pathogens and to ensure the health of both our patients and team members. We will continue to be proactive in our efforts to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our patients, team members, and visitors in the office.

At Seuss Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry we promise:

-
Use of state-of-the-art sterilization equipment.
-
Strict use of cleaning and disinfection procedures in treatment areas.
-
Sterilize all reusable equipment, including dental handpieces. We use an autoclave, a device that kills bacteria and viruses by steam, heat, and pressure.
-
Routine cleaning and disinfection strategies in the reception room and gaming area.
-
Staff uses rigorous handwashing procedures and hand sanitizers, one-time use face masks, and protective eyewear when working with patients.
-
The entire team at Seuss Orthodontics has reviewed the newest sterilization and disinfection protocols to protect patient health.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention provides important and up-to-date information to the public and healthcare providers. We will continue to monitor this information and follow all necessary protocols to maintain the health and safety of our patients and the team.

Thank you for your continued trust and loyalty as we all navigate this difficult and ever-changing situation.
